We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Marine Vinyl Fabric, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all un-cut and unused materials. Please note that custom-cut yardage and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Material
Carefully roll the vinyl on its original core to prevent creasing and wrap it in the original protective plastic or equivalent shipping material.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our warehouse using a carrier that provides tracking services.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the material for quality and ensures it has not been cut, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
